Terms of Service — VriseChat

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VriseChat ("the Service"), provided by VriseTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

VriseChat provides an embeddable AI chat widget that tenants can install on their own websites. Each tenant is responsible for the content, data sources, and use of the widget on their site.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants' data.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms or non-payment of fees, with notice where practicable.
